This modern 4-bedroom home has everything you need to feel comfortable and settled, including:

  • Two bathrooms and an open-plan lounge/dining area, plus a second living space - perfect for movie nights or gaming

  • Large backyard with undercover patio - ideal for BBQs, a quiet cuppa, or just relaxing outdoors

Housemates

You’ll be sharing with a 25-year-old young man who’s friendly, independent, and enjoys gaming. He’s looking for a like-minded housemate (male or female) who’s easy-going, enjoys a laugh, and values a calm, comfortable home.

This is a 1:2 SIL support ratio, so you’ll always have the right level of support while enjoying your independence.

Conveniently located near the train station and Henry Lawson Bicentennial Park, with shops, medical services, cafes, and restaurants just a short walk away.

Factors to consider when applying

Life Without Barriers will conduct a screening and suitability assessment to ensure housemates are compatible. 

  • You are aged 18 years or over. 

  • You are eligible for, and able to secure, an appropriate level of NDIS Supported Independent Living (SIL) funding. 

  • You have the financial means to pay rent and utilities and are prepared to sign (or for a representative to sign) a service and accommodation agreement.
