Spacious and well-lit 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom home with a large kitchen, 2 large living rooms and a well-maintained backyard. The home has space for 2 cars. It’s situated in a quiet neighbourhood and close to beaches, public transport for easy access to shops, medical facilities and community support.

We are looking for 2 housemates who like to socialise, spend time together and enjoy an active and social home with friends and family.

Room information

There are 2 vacancies in this home. A spacious, airy bedroom with a ceiling hoist and fully wheelchair accessible. the 2nd bedroom with a built-in wardrobe but is not wheelchair accessible.

House information

The spacious 4 bedroom and fully accessible home is located on the central coast. The home has a large backyard and spa and 2 living areas. The house is a short drive away from Tuggerah Lake and parks.

The main area is a welcoming, open-plan design with a fully equipped kitchen and plenty of bench space. This fully furnished home with ducted air conditioning/heating.


Currently 2 male housemates aged in 40s.

Location information

Situated in a pleasant, quiet street very close to beaches and parks. Nearby facilities include shopping centres, medical facilities, cafes and restaurants.


This property is fully accessible with wheelchair access throughout the home.

Current support model

Rostered 24/7 care.

All staff have current First Aid and medication training. Regular household safety checks are conducted. Safety checks on all vehicles are also regularly undertaken. We have an emphasis on a healthy lifestyle, with a focus on fresh, unprocessed foods. The staff enjoy preparing and cooking delicious meals with the help of the housemates.

Factors to consider when applying

Life Without Barriers will conduct a screening and suitability assessment to ensure housemates are compatible. 

• You are aged 18 years or over. 

• You are eligible for, and able to secure, an appropriate level of NDIS Supported Independent Living and Specialist Disability Accommodation funding. 

• You have the financial means to pay rent and utilities and are prepared to sign (or for a representative to sign) a service and accommodation agreement.
