House information

• 3 bedrooms with built in wardrobe, heating, and cooling.

• Fully equipped kitchen with plenty of bench space and storage, overlooking the dining area.

• A comfortable open plan living and meals area, and a sensory room.

• One bathroom with grab rails, stepless shower and a bathtub.

• Ramp access for ease of entering and exiting the home.

• The rear of the house features a undercover outdoor dining option with BBQ.

Housemates

The current residents are male, aged between 30 to 50 years.

The housemates communicate using gestures and sounds instead of words. Most residents like their own space and enjoy solo time. They've got a solid routine, and do not attend day programs.

We are looking for a male client of similar age who can walk (not in a wheelchair). The current residents prefer someone not too loud, with a good sense of humour, and who respects personal space, plus sleeps through the night.
