Our 3-bedroom share house in Mascot offers the perfect blend of privacy, convenience and accessibility. This modern state-of-the-art home located in vibrant Mascot has been thoughtfully designed to Improved Liveability standards, while still offering unparalleled comfort and independence for participants with diverse needs.

Room information

One vacant bedroom with air conditioning, heating, hardwood flooring, built-in robes and its own accessible ensuite bathroom, ensuring convenience and privacy.

House information

This home features a light-filled, open plan design that seamlessly connects shared spaces, providing a welcoming environment for participants to socialise. Each of the three bedrooms features its own accessible ensuite bathroom, ensuring convenience and privacy for each participant.  Additionally, Onsite Overnight Assistance (OOA) is available to support participants needs around the clock.

Housemates

The home is currently shared by two friendly tenants aged 40–55 who enjoy good conversation and socialising in a relaxed and welcoming environment.

Situated in the heart of Mascot, this home is in close proximity to essential amenities, including medical centres, a shopping strip and Eastgardens Shopping Centre which offers a variety of dining, shopping and entertainment options.
