The property is currently occupied by two tenants: a female and a male, both aged between 37 and 41.
The female resident is a positive individual who values being around like-minded people. She enjoys being creative, frequently attending art classes on Fridays. She also enjoys music and keeping fit.
The male resident is a proud Aboriginal man. He likes spending time with housemates, sharing stories, listening to Aboriginal music, and joining cultural activities.

Durack in Darwin, Northern Territory, is a residential area. It has local shops for basics, but for more shopping, there's Palmerston Shopping Centre only a short drive away. There are clinics and health services available in nearby suburbs like Palmerston. For larger medical facilities, Palmerston Regional Hospital is easily accessible.
