There is currently one female and three male, long-term residents, aged between 40 – 70.
Interests: The current housemates enjoy a variety of activities. They all appreciate one-on-one outings in their local community and spending time with family and friends. They also enjoy watching sports and DVDs, engaging in art and craft activities, listening to music, going out for meals, and spending time with people they feel secure and comfortable with. Additionally, they like to help with cooking, laundry, and gardening. They enjoy community activities such as bowling, swimming, and going to the movies, as well as going for walks and bus rides. The residents also attend a day program 2 to 5 days a week.

Bundoora is a suburb located about 16 kilometres north-east of Melbourne's CBD. It's well-connected by public transport, with buses and the Watsonia train station nearby.
The area offers amenities such as shopping centres like Uni Hill Factory Outlets and Bundoora Square Shopping Centre. There are also parks like Bundoora Park and the Bundoora Park Farm, as well as the Darebin Parklands and Plenty Gorge Park for outdoor activities.

You are aged 18 years or over.
You are eligible for, and able to secure, an appropriate level of NDIS Supported Independent Living (SIL) and Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) funding.
You have the financial means to pay rent and utilities and are prepared to sign (or for a representative to sign) a service and accommodation agreement.
