They also enjoy watching sports and DVDs, engaging in art and craft activities, listening to music, going out for meals, and spending time with people they feel secure and comfortable with. Additionally, they like to help with cooking, laundry, and gardening. They enjoy community activities such as bowling, swimming, and going to the movies, as well as going for walks and bus rides. The residents also attend a day program 2 to 5 days a week.

Bundoora is a suburb located about 16 kilometres north-east of Melbourne's CBD. It's well-connected by public transport, with buses and the Watsonia train station nearby.

The area offers amenities such as shopping centres like Uni Hill Factory Outlets and Bundoora Square Shopping Centre. There are also parks like Bundoora Park and the Bundoora Park Farm, as well as the Darebin Parklands and Plenty Gorge Park for outdoor activities.
