We are seeking a male housemate, who enjoys living independently with support on hand, to share with four older gentlemen.
The vacant bedroom has a built-in wardrobe and central heating and air conditioning. The room is carpeted with a large window providing plenty of natural light.
This 5-bedroom, single level home is spacious and tidy with a local milk bar on the street corner. Features include a fully equipped kitchen, two cosy living spaces and a private well-maintained front and backyard, with an undercover BBQ and alfresco area. The bathroom has a stepless shower, bath and rails.
Currently 4 male housemates aged in their 60s and 70s.
Interests: art, craft and cooking.
It’s conveniently located close to shops, medical facilities, public transport (#70 tram line) and Gardiner Creek Trail.
This property is wheelchair accessible however, there are no hoists.
Current support model
This property offers shared independent living with 24/7 support (active nights or a sleepover model).
Staff are keen and appropriately trained to support people to live the life they want and make community connections.

• You are eligible for, and able to secure, an appropriate level of NDIS funding.
