Forest Hill Chase shopping precinct is a short five-minute drive and ten-minute drive to Box Hill Hospital. The home is in an area well serviced by public transport.

This property offers shared independent living with 24/7 rostered support, with an active night model of care. The residents have 1:1 support during the day.
Our staff have a wide range of skills and experience and are trained to support people to live the life they want and make community connections.
All staff have current First Aid and medication training. They also trained in Epilepsy and Wound Care management.
Regular household safety checks are conducted.

You are aged 18 years or over.
You are eligible for, and able to secure, an appropriate level of NDIS funding
You have the financial means to pay rent and utilities and are prepared to sign (or for a representative to sign) a service and accommodation agreement.
