The Villa's have a large common living area, bathroom, laundry and a large partially covered outdoor entertaining area with BBQ for outdoor living.
This property offers shared independent living with 24/7 support. It’s situated close to the town centre for easy access to shops, medical facilities and community support.
We are seeking one female tenant for Villa 1 and a male or female tenant for the vacancy in Villa 3.

Villa 1: One female housemate in her 50's. Villa 3: One male housemate in his mid-40s.

Only a short drive to the local medical centre and hospital, as well as the train station, RSL Club, restaurants and main shopping areas.

This property is accessible (except for back exit which consists of one step) and suitable for people with mobility concerns.
