There are three, modern, fully-accessible, 2-bedroom villas with vacancies at this location.

The Villa's have a large common living area, bathroom, laundry and a large partially covered outdoor entertaining area with BBQ for outdoor living.

This property offers shared independent living with 24/7 support. It’s situated close to the town centre for easy access to shops, medical facilities and community support.

We are seeking two tenants for Villa 1 (currently vacant), one male tenant for Villa 2 and a male or female tenant for the vacancy in Villa 3.

Four vacant bedrooms with air conditioning and heating, built-in-wardrobe and timber flooring.

House information

All three Villas are fully air-conditioned, freshly renovated with modern interiors, large kitchen, and a beautiful lounge area. The backyard is designed with outdoor living in mind, a large under entertainment area.


Villa 1: Currently vacant. Villa 2: One male tenant. Villa 3: One male housemate in his mid-40s.

Interests: Enjoys community outings, including visiting the local shops and attending social events.

Only a short drive to the local medical centre and hospital, as well as the train station, RSL Club, restaurants and main shopping areas.


This property is accessible (except for back exit which consists of one step) and suitable for people with mobility concerns.

All staff have current First Aid and medication training. Regular household and vehicle safety checks are conducted.

We have an emphasis on a healthy lifestyle, with a focus on fresh, unprocessed foods. The staff enjoy preparing and cooking delicious meals with the help of the housemates.

Factors to consider when applying

Life Without Barriers will conduct a screening and suitability assessment to ensure housemates are compatible. 

• You are aged 18 years or over. 

• You are eligible for, and able to secure, an appropriate level of NDIS Supported Independent Living and Specialist Disability Accommodation funding. 

• You have the financial means to pay rent and utilities and are prepared to sign (or for a representative to sign) a service and accommodation agreement.
