With a step at the front door, narrow hallways and doorframes, the property is not suitable for someone with mobility issues or complex medical care requirements.

The local shops are within walking distance of the home and include a supermarket, hairdressers, pharmacy, and newsagent. Erskine Park has several local parks and there is a bike track that runs from Erskine Park Road to Bennett Road, St Clair.
