
What is the Community Assistance and Support Program?
The Community Assistance and Support Program (CASP) is an ACT government funded program to deliver services across the ACT. It’s for people living with health conditions that are not covered by the NDIS or any other Government program.
Who is eligible?
You may be eligible if one of the following matches your situation:
- You are not eligible for the NDIS, but require home and community care supports due to difficulties with daily living activities arising from a health condition, including mental health issues.
- You are eligible for the NDIS, but have an unmet health need such as post hospital care not covered in your NDIS plan.
- You’re under 65 years of age and seeking supports that are not already funded under another Government program.
What services are available?
CASP services include counselling, client care coordination, person care, social support and help at home with household tasks.
