Some days, we can all get sad, angry, feel stressed, mad at the world or just out of sorts.

It’s important to have people that you feel safe with and trust, who you can talk to if you need to. This might include your friends, your carer, someone in your family, your Case Manager, or your teacher.
Sometimes it’s easier to talk to someone who doesn’t know you. Here are some organisations that have information for young people, and people you can talk to about anything that’s worrying you.
