Across Australia, celebrations for NAIDOC Week will take place from 7 - 14 July to honour the rich cultural heritage, history, and achievements of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples.

Join us for NAIDOC celebrations on Monday 8 July, at the Awabakal NAIDOC March from Civic Park. The march is 1.5km in distance.
Time: Flag Raising 9am Civic Park. 9.30am march from Civic Park to Newcastle Foreshore for the READY.QUIT.SOLID. Newcastle Awabakal NAIDOC at 10am.

Mindle Bygul NAIDOC Family Fun day
The Mindle Bygul Aboriginal Corporation NAIDOC Family Fun Day celebrates the contributions First Nations People have made and continue to make to the wider community.
This event will include a Welcome to Country, Elders Tent and gifts, a performance from Uncle Roger Knox, Fringe Dwellers, cultural workshops, dance performance, free side show alley, and loads of interactive activities for families.
Bring a blanket, enjoy the live music, and have a great family day out!

Redlands Coast NAIDOC Cultural Celebration
Join Life Without Barriers at this free celebration hosted by Redland City Council, which include live music from First Nations artists, stallholders, a traditional smoking ceremony, Quandamooka cultural demonstrations, children’s activities, face painting, weaving workshops, and free giveaways.

Gold Coast Titans NAIDOC Community Day
Featuring musical and dance performances by local cultural groups, this year's free Titans NAIDOC Community Day will be a celebration of Indigenous culture featuring a number of fun activities for kids and adults alike.
With live performances, a range of activities, and over 60 community, corporate and government organisations there to provide information and benefits to attendees, there will be something for everyone!

Laidley NAIDOC Week Celebration
Come celebrate NAIDOC Week 2024 with Kambu Health Family Wellbeing service at Ferrari Park. Stop by the Life Without Barriers stall and stay for the fun! There will be an animal farm, face painting and a range of stalls to explore.

Lockyer District High School NAIDOC Celebrations
Join Life Without Barriers staff and people we support at the Lockyer District High School NAIDOC Celebration to engage in a day rich in Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander culture and celebration.
Make sure you stop by the Life Without Barriers stall and take part in our rock painting and dancing ribbons activities.

NAIDOC March and Family Fun Day in the South
Celebrate NAIDOC Week alongside the Life Without Barriers team and attend the NAIDOC March and Family Fun Day in the South. The march starts at 10am at 121 Beach Road, followed by the family fun day at Rotary Park, starting at 11am. There will be fun activities and entertainment for the whole family, with a focus on dance, music, arts and crafts, cultural activities, First Nations businesses, free food, and more!

NAIDOC Murray Bridge
NAIDOC Week celebrations in Murray Bridge will kick off with the Bridge Walk, Flag raising and an awards ceremony. The Bridge Walk will commence on the east side of the Murray Bridge at 9.30am, flowing through the town towards the Local Government Centre for the NAIDOC Awards Ceremony from 10am.
Keep the fire burning and come along the following week to the Family Fun Day, Wednesday 10 July, to enjoy creative activities inspired by NAIDOC Week.

Celebrate under the Gawler Place Canopy in Rundle Mall with an official Kaurna Welcome to Country Ceremony and Smoking Ceremony. Following this, enjoy an exciting and immersive schedule of live entertainment and activities for the whole family. NAIDOC in the North is about connecting and celebrating culture, sharing, education, and providing opportunities to our community in one accessible and safe place. This event is a place to form genuine partnerships and cross-cultural connections with community and Aboriginal-led organisations, share local talent, and amplify local Aboriginal voices, people, and stories.
The event will include a Welcome to Country, cultural performances, activities, a provided lunch and more!

NAIDOC SA March and Family Festival
Come along to the NAIDOC SA March and Family Festival!
To join the NAIDOC March, gather at Tarndanyangga (Victoria Square) at 10.30am for an 11.00am start and march down King William Street to Parliament House. Following the march, the NAIDOC Family Festival will be held at Adelaide Festival Plaza and Elder Park.
This Festival will have something for everyone from the organisation stalls, live entertainment and music, activities for the kids, amusement rides, food trucks, and a BBQ.

NAIDOC Victoria March
Everyone is invited to join the Victorian Aboriginal Health Service (VAHS) Annual NAIDOC March. The march departs from the Victorian Aboriginal Health Service at 10am and marches towards Parliament House.
Participants are encouraged to arrive early to enjoy the celebrations, which include face painting for kids and NAIDOC merchandise available for purchase.
