Changes to the NDIS Price Guide – what it means for you
With the onset of the new financial year, the National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA) has released its new National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) Price Guide for 2019/2020.
The NDIA reviews this guide annually to ensure it aligns with the Consumer Price Index, market trends and changes in costs of care.
If you’re a NDIS participant, you don't need to worry. The NDIA has automatically increased the funding in your Participant Plan to align with the new Price Guide. The Agency has also introduced a Temporary Transition Payment (TTP) for providers, including Life Without Barriers, so we can adjust our prices without reducing the level of support that you’ve come to expect from us. We look forward to working with you this financial year to help you achieve your goals and live your life on your terms.
If you have any questions about the NDIS Price Guide, please get in touch with us - you can find your local Life Without Barriers office here.
