This year's Annual Sports Challenge day was a smashing success with smiles and friendly rivalry all around. The Sports Day is always an inclusive event with a series of modified sports challenges that participants of all abilities can enjoy. The day includes a wheelchair ball relay, tug a war, relay crate race, 100 meter sprint and a staff novelty dress up race.
There were over 100 participants who joined in the activities from disability organisations across the north of Tasmania. It was a great day to come together, laugh and enjoy a bit of playful competition with the whole sector getting involved to make it happen.
For the first time this year Joblife sponsored the event. This meant there was a $200 gift voucher for the winning team. The winning team this year was the team from St Michael's Association. Congratulations St Michael's!
