Life Without Barriers commends the Federal Government for bringing forward the planned review of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS).
Chief Executive of Life Without Barriers, Claire Robbs said Life Without Barriers looks forward to participating in the NDIS review.
“I am encouraged by the Government’s commitment to put people with disability, their families and carers, as well as providers and workers back at the centre of the NDIS,” Ms Robbs said.
“Life Without Barriers' will use any opportunity we can promote genuine consultation and engagement between those we support and the NDIA.”
The review will examine the NDIS’s design, sustainability, operation and how it can be more responsive and supportive for those it assists.
