Mr. Ridder is an experienced Chair, bringing a portfolio of interests and experience at Board level through strategic advice, with an appreciation for practical implementation. With a demonstrated record of superior outcomes, strong leadership skills, and strategic thinking, he leads by example with unwavering ethics.

Mr. Ridder is the Independent Non-Executive Chairman for Kogan.com Ltd. and Chairman of Ethical Property Australia Pty Ltd.

He is also on the Board of Spirit Technology Solutions Ltd, PNG Sustainable Development Program Ltd and Phoenix Australia (former Chief Executive Officer & Director) and is a Member of CPA Australia and the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Mr. Ridder previously occupied the position of Chairman at Tibaldi Australia Pty Ltd., Chief Executive Officer for The Royal Australian Institute of Architects Ltd., Chief Financial Officer of World Vision Australia and President-Asia Pacific Region at NYSE listed Owens-Illinois, Inc. He has also served on the boards of Oxfam Australia and B Lab Australia and NZ.
