Claire Colgrave, Program Manager
Raising two boys, who both live with intellectual disability and Autism, has enabled me to have a personal understanding of how important quality and consistent supports are, to achieve goals and great outcomes for those living with disability. This lived experience, led me to my career in the Disability sector, which has spanned over thirteen years. As the Manger for Support Coordination services in Tasmania and Western Australia, I value the relationships built with participants, families and providers.
I am privileged to support those that I do, and to also lead the amazing and hard working Life Without Barriers team of Support Coordinators in Tasmania and Western Australia.
Qualification: Bachelor of Business (Human Resources)
Andrea Baldwin, Senior Support Coordinator
I value taking the time to truly understand each person's unique support needs. I believe that thoughtful, person-centred coordination leads to meaningful and sustainable support. With over 14 years of experience in the Disability and Community Sector, I bring a deep understanding of the systems, challenges, and opportunities that shape people’s lives. My approach is grounded in empathy, collaboration, and a strong commitment to achieving positive outcomes.

Gaylene Connell, Support Coordinator
I value good manners and a positive attitude! This encourages success with my colleagues- why? Because these values make for a great working environment and if you are happy, you can only pass this on to your participants. I have been working in the disability field for twenty years, six years in Government and fourteen years with Life Without Barriers What do I bring to this role? Experience with assisting a range of people, who have overcome challenges presented in their environment, due to their disability. working directly in a supporting role previously and the ability to build good relationships with other organisations.
Qualifications: Certificate IV in Disability, Diploma of Community Services.
Clinton Reid, Support Coordinator
With over six years of experience in the disability sector, including roles in both school settings and community-based support, I bring strong communication skills and a genuine passion for supporting people achieve their goals. I’m committed to building positive relationships and empowering individuals to reach their full potential.
Russell Elphinstone, Support Coordinator
My values are honesty, integrity, compassion and respect and they are all very important to me. My professional experiences are working as a disability support worker for many years and building relationships with clients to work towards reaching their goals. I believe that my specific skills that I bring to this role are solid open communication skills. I’m empathetic and enjoy supporting clients to b be motivated in understanding and using their plan, and gaining skills to navigate the NDIS system, with increasing confidence and independence.

Tanya Evans, Support Coordinator
After a decade in the education sector, I’ve returned to the disability space, building on my earlier experience in disability employment. Over the past 16 months as a Support Coordinator, I’ve gained valuable skills and insights and continue to grow in the role. I’m passionate about learning and committed to supporting people to navigate the NDIS and achieve their goals.
Nicki Gille, Support Coordinator
I value honesty, kindness and integrity and its important to me to stay flexible in my thinking, support others and build meaningful connections. I have worked in the disability industry for over 4 years with a background in family services, administration, and managing small business.
As a parent of three boys, including one with a complex disability, I bring lived experience, empathy and a strong commitment to supporting others by thinking outside of the box and being a clear communicator.

Chrissy Jamieson, Support Coordinator
My values and to treat everyone with respect, dignity, integrity and honesty. Where possible, I try to go the extra step to be supportive. In my work life, the values of Life Without Barriers fit perfectly and I often refer to a quote from Martin Luther King Jr.

Rosa Cavarretta, Support Coordinator
Working in the disability sector aligns closely with my personal values, supporting people to live with autonomy, dignity, and opportunity.
I have worked in the disability sector since 2010, beginning as a Support Worker before transitioning into a Support Coordinator role in 2019. I’ve developed a strong knowledge of the NDIS, person-centred planning, and the importance of connection with the right services and supports. My key strengths include problem-solving, navigating systems, and supporting clients to self- advocate.
I bring lived experience which has shaped my practice, grounded in empathy, respect, and a understanding of individual needs. Coming from a culturally diverse background, I’m cognisant of providing culturally sensitive and inclusive support to participants from many walks of life.
Qualification: Diploma of Disability.
Dominic Van Rijswijk, Support Coordinator
I have been working in the Health and Community Services sector for twenty years, with experience in both government service and not-for-profit organisations. I have lived experience of disability, caring for loved ones, and overcoming mental health challenges.
I am neurodivergent and find it particularly fulfilling to work with people who are also neurodiverse or live with psycho-social disabilities. I enjoy solving problems and delivering positive outcomes to the people I support.
Qualification: Certificate IV in Allied Health Assistance
Elly Mcnicol-Windram, Support Coordinator
My background in Coordination of Supports in the Aged Care and Disability Sectors, alongside my experience as an Operations Manager, drives my organised, compassionate, and educated approach to care. My values encompass fairness, honesty, equality, and kindness, ensuring every person is treated with dignity, respect, and support tailored to their individual needs.
Michelle Binns, Support Coordinator/Psychosocial Recovery Coach
It’s important to me to meet people where they are at and I enjoy supporting people to grow. I’ve worked in and out of community services roles for the past 23 years. Over the last six years, I have worked directly in the NDIS space as an Local Area Coordinator (LAC), a Workplace Trainer and now in my current role as a Support Coordinator. I bring empathy, understanding and lived experience to role, and specialise in supporting people with Psychosocial disabilities.
Qualifications: Associate Degree in Applied Health and Community Support, and Cert IV Mental Health Peer Work.
Judy Lawton, Support Coordinator
Experienced Support Coordinator with over 30 years in the community services sector. I’m passionate about working alongside others and specialise in building collaborative relationships to create strong, personalised support systems with a focus always on tailoring supports to each person’s preferences and unique NDIS journey. I’m driven by a genuine commitment to empowering people to achieve their vision of their best life, in their own way.
