National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS)

The NDIS provides people with disability support to meet their disability needs. The NDIS is managed by the National Disability Insurance Agency(NDIA).

The NDIS will fund reasonable and necessary supports that are specific to a child’s disability and additional to the needs of children of similar ages in similar out of home care arrangements.

Talk to your care team about getting appropriate support for children from the NDIS.

You can also find more information by visiting the NDIS website.
