Mental Health and Wellbeing support

Mental health and wellbeing support is available to Carers and their families through our Employee Assistance Scheme (EAP).

Converge is Life Without Barriers' Employee Assistance Program (EAP) and Wellbeing partner.

Converge is an independent and professional counselling service that helps carers, employees and their families, including specialist support services for LGBTQI+ and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples. They provide 24/7 confidential counselling throughout Australia.

The program provides up to four (4) confidential professional counselling sessions per issue per year. If further sessions are required, Converge will approach LWB for approval.

Please don't hesitate to contact Converge on 1300 687 327 for 24/7 mental health and wellbeing support.

The Carer Personal Assistance Program is not a child protection crisis line. Any urgent matters related to the care of children should be directed to your local care team or on call support.
