Located in a quiet street surrounded by trees, this spacious 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom home features a modern open plan kitchen/living/dining area overlooking an undercover deck for alfresco dining. The outdoor area boasts a well-established vegetable garden and fruit trees.

This property offers shared independent living with 24/7 support and is situated close to the Margaret River town site for easy access to shops, medical facilities and community support.

One vacant bedroom with built in robes, air conditioning and heating.

House information

Spacious 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom home with a separate toilet. The main area is a welcoming, open-plan design that contains a functional kitchen, living area and lounge room. The dining room looks out onto the deck which is popular in the summer for alfresco breakfasts and BBQ’s in the evening. There is a separate TV room for comfortable, relaxing viewing or music.

The 3 tenant bedrooms are all well sized with a window out onto the gardens. A double garage opens out onto the street for easy access.

With the assistance and support of Rotary we have a well-established vegetable garden and fruit trees in the back garden.


One current tenant – female, aged 34 years.

Interests: swimming, walking, music, craft or just getting out and about in the local community.

Front and rear doors have ramps for wheelchair access.

Bathroom facilities are not wheelchair accessible.

Rostered 24/7 care.

There is 1:1 or 1:2 or 1:3 staffing available.

All staff have current First Aid, medication training, manual handling. Regular safety checks are conducted in house and on cars.

We have an emphasis on a healthy lifestyle, with a focus on fresh, unprocessed foods and can cater for different diets/menu types. The staff enjoy preparing and cooking delicious meals with the help of the housemates.

Factors to consider when applying

Life Without Barriers will conduct a screening and suitability assessment to ensure compatibility.

  • You are aged 18 years or over.

  • You are eligible for, and able to secure, an appropriate level of NDIS funding.

  • You have the financial means to pay rent and utilities and are prepared to sign (or for a representative to sign) an accommodation agreement.
