Marangaroo House is a spacious 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom home situated on a quiet street in Perth's northern suburbs. It’s close to parks, public transport and Kingsway Shopping Centre.
We are looking for a young person to join the current 26-year-old female tenant. This vacancy is ideally suited to a friendly, outgoing person who enjoys music, cooking, arts and craft, going for walks, and other outdoor activities.
One vacant bedroom that suits a single bed. The room has a built-in-cupboard, space for a tallboy and plenty of natural sunlight. The neutral colour scheme provides a blank canvas for the new tenant to add their own personal touches.
Spacious 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom home with a large, open plan living area that has air-conditioning, heating, a modern kitchen, dining room, lounge and activity room leading to a private, paved outdoor entertainment area.
A room at the front of the house has been transformed into a bright, colourful and functional therapeutic ‘sensory room’. While the backyard features a private, paved entertaining area with seating and shade sail. There is also a lawn for outdoor games, an area for plants and gardening activities and a double carport.
One current tenant – 26 year old female. Personality: She is very outgoing, enjoys staff engagement and spending time with others. Interests: Music, trips to the zoo, outdoor activities, arts and craft, cooking, and going for walks.
Located on a quiet street in Perth's northern suburbs. Nearby facilities include parks, public transport services, a community centre and Kingsway Shopping Centre.
Currently no ramps or wheelchair access, however modifications can be implemented upon assessment.
Current support model
Marangaroo House is staffed on a 24/7 basis. Ratio of 1:2 staffing available. All staff have current First Aid, medication training and are trained in TCI, Epilepsy, healthy cooking and personal care.

Life Without Barriers will conduct a screening and suitability assessment to ensure appropriateness and suitability.
• You are aged 18 years or over.
• You are eligible for, and able to secure, an appropriate level of NDIS funding.
• You have the financial means to pay rent and utilities and are prepared to sign (or for a representative to sign) an accommodation agreement.
