Located in the quiet suburb of Ashwood, this 5-bedroom, 2-bathroom home is close to public transport, Ashwood Shopping Village and the Monash Freeway. It has an open plan kitchen and dining area, two separate lounge areas, a laundry and a well-maintained outdoor alfresco area with a pleasant garden.
This property offers shared independent living with 24/7 support. We are seeking two housemates, preferably older and female, to share with three gentlemen in their 60s.
Two vacant bedrooms with vinyl flooring, a built-in-wardrobe, air-conditioning and heating. The bedrooms can be renovated with fresh paint and curtains to suit the tenant’s preference.
Spacious, fully furnished 5-bedroom brick veneer home. It has two living areas, two bathrooms, and an open plan kitchen and meals area. There is also an enjoyable outdoor alfresco area with a garden.

The existing housemates are non-verbal and communicate with vocalisations that can become loud and persistent. They enjoy the company of one cat that lives at the property, and like gardening, BBQ’s in the backyard, listening to music and long drives in the house bus.
The house is close to Ashwood Shopping Village, public transport and several reserves. It is easily accessed from the Monash Freeway.
Fully wheelchair accessible. This house is positioned on an accessible flat-block with a wide entry to the front and rear of the property. There are currently no hoists in the house, but these can be installed at tenant’s cost/NDIS plan funded.
