Factors to consider when applying
You are an NDIS participant and aged 18 years or over;
Be willing to live in an apartment complex;
Want to live alone, or share with a family member or friend;
Be willing to share some support and contribute to the on-site shared support where necessary;
You are eligible for, and able to secure, an appropriate level of NDIS funding;
You have the financial means to pay rent and utilities and are prepared to sign (or for a representative to sign) a service and accommodation agreement.
