Our Recruitment Process

To help us find the best staff for our clients our recruitment process may include any of the following:

  • Video / phone interview
  • Face-to-face interview
  • Functional testing (dependent on role)
  • Reference Checks

For some roles the process may also include an information session and a group interview.

All successful candidates will be required to undergo probity checks including National Criminal History Record Check and relevant state based checks, and will be required to maintain these clearances throughout employment with LWB.
