We believe residential care can provide more intensive support in a structured environment that promotes stability and positive growth. A range of supports are built into the residential care environment to create an environment where young people feel safe and have the opportunity to stabilise before making a decision on their long term care arrangements.
We provide a range of residential services to assist young people to build meaningful relationships with the aim of transitioning them into a family-based or semi-independent living care environment. All residential care programs are designed to be therapeutic and are characterised by 24 hour care provided by a number of staff or carers who work as a team to maintain a high level of support to each young person.
