Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Vacancies

The Life Without Barriers reconciliation journey began in 2008 with the development of the Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP). Launched nationally in July 2009, the RAP demonstrates Life Without Barriers clear organisational commitment to achieve effective and responsible engagement and work practices with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, organisations and communities.

As part of our commitments under the Reconciliation Action Plan, LWB is committed to employing 150 Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander staff across all levels of the organisation over the next three years and has partnered with the Australian Employment Covenant.

“It’s important for our young people to retain their culture, and dream. By working together we can make a better understanding of the culture of our clients and staff members,” LWB Aboriginal staff member.
